We want you to be completely satisfied with your Daily Growth 52 experience. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and fairness.
Free Trial
All new subscribers receive a free 5-day trial with full access to every feature. During the trial period:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
- If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial period expires.
- No payment information is required to start the trial (collected only at checkout).
We encourage you to explore all features during your trial to ensure Daily Growth 52 is right for you before your subscription begins.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
- Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service was significantly unavailable during the billing period (verified outage)
- You were charged after a cancellation was properly submitted
- First-time subscribers within 48 hours of their first paid charge (one-time courtesy)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or task suggestions (these vary by nature)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
- Subscription periods that have already been fully used
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is straightforward and does not require contacting support:
- Log in to your Daily Growth 52 account.
- Navigate to Settings from the navigation menu.
- Under the Subscription section, click "Manage Subscription".
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription through our payment provider (Stripe).
Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account data (history, journal entries, progress) is preserved for 90 days.
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Please include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur processing fees and can result in account suspension.
If you contact us first, we can often resolve the issue faster than the chargeback process, which can take 30-90 days. We are committed to fair resolution of all billing concerns.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If we change our prices:
- You will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before any price increase.
- Your current billing period will not be affected by the change.
- You may cancel before the new price takes effect without penalty.
- Annual subscribers are locked in at their current rate until their renewal date.
