Hearts Week: How Emotional Wellness Changed My Life
I used to think self-help was all about productivity and hustle. Then I started drawing Hearts cards and everything changed. The Hearts suit focuses on emotional wellness — gratitude, connection, self-compassion. Tasks like "Call someone you haven't spoken to in a while" or "Write down 3 things you're grateful for" seemed simple, but they hit different when you actually do them consistently. After a full week of Hearts-focused draws, I noticed I was sleeping better, feeling less anxious, and actually enjoying my mornings. Who else has had a breakthrough with the Hearts suit?
